Who is responsible

Visiting this website

The website serves its fonts, images and videos from its own hosting. We do not use analytics, advertising trackers, social-media embeds or marketing cookies. Cloudflare may use essential security mechanisms, including cookies if a security challenge is shown.

Website delivery involves technical information such as your IP address, requested resource, browser information and time of access. The purpose is to provide and protect the website, based on our legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Hosting, DNS and technical protection are provided by Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. Cloudflare processes traffic information and website content to deliver and protect the service. Our application request logs are disabled; this does not disable Cloudflare's own necessary operational and security processing. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.

The contact endpoint uses a hash of the connecting IP address to limit repeated requests within a short time window. It does not write form contents to an application database or application logs. A hash does not make an IP address anonymous. This protection is based on our legitimate interest in preventing misuse under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Contacting us

The form asks for your name, email address and message; a product link is optional. These details are used to respond to your inquiry and assess a possible project. Please start with a product link and avoid sending sensitive information or files belonging to others without permission.

For inquiries about entering into a contract with you, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. For other business inquiries, including messages from a business representative, it is our legitimate interest in answering relevant correspondence under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. We do not add inquiries to a marketing mailing list.

Email links open your email application. This website does not automatically send an email when you click such a link. Providing contact details is voluntary, but we need a reply address and information about your request to answer you.

Cloudflare Email Service transmits the inquiry to our fixed mailbox, tiipeng21@gmail.com. Your email address is included as the reply address so that we can answer you. The form does not send an automatic email to you and cannot be used to choose other recipients.

The mailbox uses Gmail, provided in the EEA by Google Ireland Limited, with processing also involving Google LLC and other Google service providers. Google processes message content, sender and recipient details and technical metadata under its privacy policy. This is the existing Gmail mailbox; we do not represent it as a Google Workspace account.

International processing

These providers operate internationally, including in the United States. Cloudflare's Data Processing Addendum forms part of its self-serve agreement and describes its processor obligations and transfer safeguards, including applicable standard contractual clauses. Cloudflare also describes its EU–US Data Privacy Framework participation in its GDPR information. Google explains its applicable transfer mechanisms, including the Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses, in its data-transfer information. Processing is not restricted to the EU.

How long information is kept

Inquiry information in our mailbox is kept while the request or a resulting business relationship needs it. It is deleted when it is no longer needed, unless applicable legal retention duties or the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims requires continued retention. The criteria are the status of the inquiry, continuing contractual obligations and applicable legal duties.

The website does not maintain a separate inquiry database. Short-lived rate-limit counters are used for abuse prevention. Providers may retain operational, security and backup information for service delivery, incident handling and legal obligations under their policies linked above; we do not promise a fixed deletion period or immediate removal from every provider backup.

Your rights

Subject to the applicable conditions, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction and data portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests on grounds relating to your particular situation. Contact us using the details above to exercise these rights. If processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent for the future.

You may lodge a complaint with a data-protection supervisory authority, including the Landesbeauftragte für den Datenschutz und für das Recht auf Akteneinsicht Brandenburg.

We do not use your inquiry for automated decision-making or profiling.
