PILOT SCOPE
One product, one brand, one language.
One 15–20 second photo-based film with three opening variations.
The first 2–4 seconds change; the remainder is shared.
Each variation in 9:16 and 1:1: six Full HD MP4 files.
One consolidated revision round within the agreed direction.
Planned first draft within five working days of the agreed start,
once assets and brief are complete.

Product shooting, new product imagery, 3D modelling, campaign management,
source editing files and additional revisions are outside this pilot.
No sales or ad-performance guarantees.
